Christine is a dedicated registered massage therapist (RMT) who graduated from the Intensive Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa, Christine possesses a deep understanding of pathophysiology, anatomy, microbiology, and public health. Her background in health sciences fuels her holistic approach to care, where she views massage therapy as an essential part of a well-rounded healthcare team. 

Christine’s personal journey with massage therapy began after experiencing a serious neck injury. She discovered relief through massage and became inspired to pursue a career that would enable her to help others manage pain and recover, just as she had. Her passion for improving her clients’ well-being is at the heart of her practice. 

Born and raised in Ottawa, Christine enjoys exploring the city’s culinary scene, hiking with her husband and their puppy Phoebe, and traveling whenever she can. She is committed to helping her clients live pain-free and healthier lives through personalized, effective treatments.
